I come from the beautiful country of Ukraine.

I have been a part of the Youtube family for some time now! I have also been practicing gymnastics,stretching,yoga contortion and fitness for a bigger part of my life and I came up with an idea to share with you my lifelong experience and help you improve your flexibility, stability and overall body health.
